Welcome!

My name is José M. Delgado, and I am honored to serve as the proud Principal of the Raub Learning Community.

As an experienced educator and school leader, I continue this journey with immense gratitude and purpose. Even more meaningful is that my personal journey has been deeply rooted in Allentown for more than four decades, our city, our home. This community has helped shape who I am, and it is both a privilege and a responsibility to give back by serving our students, families, staff, and community. We believe that we are more than a school, we are a learning community.

We are a community of people who genuinely care for one another, support one another, and celebrate each other's successes. Every student, every family, every staff member, and every community partner plays an important role in our collective success.

Our philosophy is simple:
ALL our strengths are needed! When we align our strengths, we amplify our impact.

Our progress reflects our connectedness. Through collaboration, we continue to grow academically. Through comprehensive wraparound supports, we strengthen the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of our students. Through meaningful family and community partnerships, we have earned trust and built lasting relationships throughout the Raub Learning Community.

As we continue moving forward, our commitment remains clear. We will continue to learn, grow, and improve together. This requires each of us to stay connected, remain engaged, communicate openly, collaborate intentionally, and hold ourselves accountable to the important work before us.
